Many obstacles such as receiving too many phone calls and having touseequipmentinpoorconditioncanbemanagedbysimpleinterventionssuchasusingtechnologytogiveinformationtothe familymembers.Managementpoliciesandenhancingteamworksareneededtoreduceobstaclessuchasinadequateinformation from physicians and disorganized unit. We need further studies, to evaluate how the elimination of these obstacles can improve thenursingcareinICUs.
