fa کاربرد مدل سازگاری روی در مراقبت از بیمار با دریچه مکانیکی قلب: یک مطالعه موردی تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> بیماران با دریچه‌های مکانیکی قلب ملزم به دریافت ضد انعقاد مادام‌العمر هستند. برای استانداردسازی مراقبت‌ها پرستاران می‌توانند از مدل‌های پرستاری برای افزایش سازگاری بیماران استفاده کنند. هدف، بکارگیری مدل سازگاری روی در مراقبت از یک بیمار با دریچه مکانیکی قلبی است.<br> <strong>روش‌ها:</strong> یک مطالعه موردی با شرکت یک بیمار با دریچه مکانیکی قلبی بستری در بیمارستان فرشچیان قلب همدان طی سه ماه در سال 4-1403 انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از مشاهده، مصاحبه و مستندات پرونده‌ای بیمار جمع‌آوری و در چهار بُعد بر اساس مراحل فرآیند پرستاری روی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که بیمار در ابعاد فیزیولوژیکی، درک از خود، ایفای نقش، استقلال و وابستگی از رفتارهای ناسازگاری برخوردار بود که پس از انجام مراقبت‌های پرستاری بر اساس مدل سازگاری روی، رفتارهای سازگار بیمار افزایش یافت.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> اجرای برنامه مراقبت پرستاری بر اساس مدل سازگاری روی، می‌تواند بر سازگاری بیماران با تعویض دریچه مکانیکی قلب مؤثر باشد بنابراین بکارگیری این مدل به پرستاران توصیه می‌شود.</p> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">Background & aim</span></span></b><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">:</span></span></b> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">Patients with mechanical heart valves are required to receive lifelong anticoagulation. To standardize care, nurses can use nursing models to increase patient compliance. The aim of this study was to apply the Roy adaptation model to the care of a patient with a mechanical heart valve.</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">Methods:</span></span></b> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">This case study was conducted with the participation of a patient with a mechanical heart valve hospitalized at Farshchian Heart Hospital in Hamadan for three months in 2024. Data were collected using observation, interview, and patient file documentation and were examined in four dimensions based on the stages of the Roy nursing process.</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">Results:</span></span></b> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">The results showed that the patient had maladaptive behaviors in physiological dimensions, self-perception, role performance, independence, and dependence, and that after providing nursing care based on the Roy adaptation model, the patient&#39;s adaptive behaviors increased.</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">Conclusion:</span></span></b> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">Implementing a nursing care program based on the adaptation model can be effective in patients&#39; adaptation to mechanical heart valve replacement.
