fa تبیین تأثیر پاندمی کووید- 19 بر بخش آنژیوگرافی از دیدگاه کارکنان نظام سلامت: یک مطالعه کیفی Explaining the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Angiography Sector from the Perspective of Healthcare Workers: A Qualitative Study تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: پاندمی کووید-19 جهان را با بحران در نظام سلامت مواجه کرد و بخش آنژیوگرافی نیز از این تأثیرات بی‌بهره نماند. فهم تجربه‌ها و برداشت‌های کارکنان در بخش آنژیوگرافی با هدف کشف و تحلیل تجربه‌ها، چالش‌ها، استراتژی‌های سازگارشده و پیامدهای سازمانی در بخش آنژیوگرافی در طول پاندمی انجام می‌شود تا درکی عمیق از عوامل تسهیل یا محدودکننده ارائه خدمات ایمن و کارآمد در برابر بحران‌های سلامت آینده فراهم شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف "تببین تأثیر پاندمی کووید-19 بر بخش آنژیوگرافی از دیدگاه کارکنان نظام سلامت: یک مطالعه کیفی"صورت گرفت. روش‌ها: مطالعه کیفی حاضر از نوع تحلیل محتوای قراردادی است. شرکت‌کنندگان به صورت هدفمند از میان متخصصین قلب و سایر کارکنان بخش آنژیوگرافی بیمارستان شهید صدوقی یزد  انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها بصورت هشت مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته تا اشباع یافته‌ها صورت گرفت. میانگین هر مصاحبه حدوداً 28 دقیقه بود. تجزیه و تحلیل کیفی داده‌ها بر اساس روش پیشنهادی گرانهایم و لاندمن با استفاده از نرم افزار MAXQDA ویرایش 2018 صورت گرفت. یافته‌ها: بر اساس تحلیل کیفی داده‌ها چالش‌های ایجاده شده در کووید-19 در بخش آنژیوگرافی، هفت زیر طبقه و دو تم اصلی استخراج شد. تم اصلی تحول در کارکنان در برگیرنده زیر طبقات احساس تناقض در تقدیر از خدمات پرستاری، ارائه کمتر وسایل حفاظتی، نارضایتی از تغییر ناگهانی بخش محل کار و تم اصلی بیماران و مسیر تغییر در برگیرنده زیر طبقات کاهش مراجعه بیماران جهت آنژیوگرافی، پیچیده شدن روند بستری جهت آنژیوگرافی، تغییر روند آنژیوگرافی بیماران کووید و افزایش رعایت پروتکل‌های بهداشتی بود. نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه با تحلیل کیفی عمیق، نشان داد، کووید-19 با تغییرات در بخش آنژیوگرافی به صورت درون‌سازمانی و در تجربه‌های انسانی (کارکنان و بیماران) رخ داد و فرایندها و تعاملات درون‌بخش را به شکل قابل توجهی تحت تأثیر قرار داد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود مراکز بهداشتی درمانی مبتنی بر شواهد و تجربیات پاندمی کووید-19 برای بحران‌های بعدی آمادگی لازم را ایجاد نمایند.</div> Background & aim: The Covid-19 pandemic has faced the world with a crisis in the health system, and the angiography sector has not been spared from these effects. Understanding the experiences and perceptions of staff in the angiography department aims to uncover and analyze the experiences, challenges, adapted strategies, and organizational implications in the angiography department during the pandemic to provide a deep understanding of the factors facilitating or limiting the provision of safe and efficient services in the face of future health crises. The present study aimed to explain the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the angiography department from the perspective of healthcare system staff. Methods: The current study was a qualitative type of contractual content analysis. Participants were purposively selected from cardiologists and other staff of the angiography department of Shahid Sadoughi Hospital in Yazd. Data collection was conducted through eight semi-structured interviews until saturation was achieved. The average duration of each interview was approximately 28 minutes. Qualitative data analysis was performed based on the method proposed by Granheim and Landman using MAXQDA software version 2018. Results: Based on the qualitative analysis of the data, from the challenges created during the Covid-19 pandemic in the angiography department, seven subcategories and two main themes were extracted. The main theme of employee transformation, including the subclasses feeling of inconsistency in the appreciation of nursing services, less provision of protective equipment, dissatisfaction with the sudden change in the workplace and the main theme of patients and the path of change, including the subclasses, was the reduction of patients' visits for angiography, the complication of the hospitalization process for angiography, the change of the angiography process of Covid-19 patients and the increase in compliance with health protocols. Conclusion: This study, with in-depth qualitative analysis, showed that Covid-19 occurred with changes in the angiography department both internally and in human experiences (staff and patients). Furthermore, it significantly affected internal processes and interactions.
