fa ارتباط رضایت‌مندی خانواده و مشارکت در مراقبت بیماران بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه: یک مطالعه مقطعی The Relationship between Family Satisfaction and Engagement in the Care of Intensive Care Units Patients: A Cross-Sectional Study تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable زمینه و هدف: در دنیای امروز، رضایت‌مندی به عنوان شاخصی مهم در ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات مراقبتی به شمار می‌رود. با توجه به محدودیت‌هایی مانند سطح هوشیاری پایین بیماران در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه، اعضای خانواده نقش مهمی در ارزیابی رضایت‌مندی و مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری‌های درمانی ایفا می‌کنند. در نتیجه مطالعه‌ حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان رضایت‌مندی اعضای خانواده‌ و رابطه‌ آن با مشارکت در مراقبت از بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه‌ انجام شد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ مقطعی در سال ۱۴۰۲ با حضور ۷۰ نفر از اعضای خانواده‌ بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه‌ بیمارستان توحید سنندج، که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند، انجام گرفت. داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌ رضایت‌مندی خانواده و پرسشنامه‌ مشارکت خانواده جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از تست‌های آماری ناپارامتری اسپیرمن، من‌ویتنی و کروسکال‌والیس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان 9/91 ± 39/54 سال گزارش شد. میانگین نمره‌ رضایت‌مندی کلی 18/77 ± 70/58 و از میانه‌ نمرات بالاتر بود. بیش‌ترین نمره مربوط به بُعد رضایت از مراقبت‌های ارائه شده با نمره‌ 18/06 ± 73/13 بود. هم‌چنین نمره‌ رضایت از تصمیم‌گیری نیز 22/34 ± 67 تعیین شد. مشارکت اعضای خانواده در مراقبت از بیماران 17/78 ± 76/76 اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج آزمون اسپیرمن ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری را بین رضایت‌مندی و زیرمقیاس‌های آن با مشارکت نشان داد به طوری که با افزایش مشارکت رضایت نیز افزایش می‌یابد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به ارتباط مستقیم و معنا‌دار بین رضایت‌مندی اعضای خانواده و مشارکت آنها توصیه می‌شود مداخلات مناسبی به منظور ارتقای مشارکت خانواده‌ها در فرایندها و تصمیم‌گیری‌های درمانی طراحی و اجرا شود تا کیفیت خدمات مراقبتی بهبود یابد همچنین مدیران نظام سلامت با اتخاذ سیاست‌های خاص امکان مشارکت بیشتر اعضای خانواده توسط پرستاران را ممکن سازند. Background & aim: In today’s world, satisfaction is considered an important indicator in evaluating the quality-of-care services. Due to limitations such as low level of consciousness of patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), family members play an important role in assessing satisfaction and participating in treatment decision making. As a result, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the level of satisfaction of family members and its relationship with their engagement in the care of patients hospitalized in ICUs. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2023 with the participation of 70 family members of patients admitted to the ICU of Tohid Hospital in sanandaj, who were selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected through Family satisfaction questionnaire and Family engagement questionnaire and analyzed using Spearman, Mann-Whitney, and Kruskal-Wallis nonparametric statistical tests. Results: The mean age of the participants was reported as 39.54 ± 9.91 years. The overall mean satisfaction score was 70.58 ± 18.77, which was above the median score. The highest score was related to satisfaction with the care provided being 73.13 ± 18.06, while satisfaction with decision-making was 67% ± 22.34. Family members' engagement in patient care was measured at 76.76 ± 17.78. Spearman’s correlation test revealed a statistically significant relationship between overall satisfaction and its subscales with family engagement, indicating that higher engagement was associated with greater satisfaction. Conclusion: Given the direct and significant correlation between family members’ satisfaction and their engagement, it is recommended that appropriate interventions be designed and implemented to enhance family involvement in treatment process and clinical decision-making, thereby improving the quality-of-care services.
