fa اپلیکیشن‌های تلفن همراه در آموزش بالینی برای ارایه مراقبت‌های پرستاری در ICU جراحی قلب باز Using Mobile Phone Applications in Clinical Nursing Education for Care in the Open Heart Surgery ICUs تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: استفاده از اپلیکیشن‌ها برای مقاصد آموزش مراقبت‌های پزشکی در سال‌های اخیر مورد توجه بوده است. با این حال هیچ اپلیکیشن کارآمدی در زمینه مراقبت‌های پس از جراحی قلب باز برای آموزش پرسنل وجود ندارد. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف طراحی و ارزشیابی اپلیکیشن آموزشی مراقبت بعد از جراحی قلب باز برای پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های ICU بیمارستان علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام شد. روش‌‌ها: این مطالعه یک پژوهش کاربردی و توسعه فناوری بود که در سال 1403 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش کلیه پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان که معیارهای ورود به مطالعه را داشتند، بود. نمونه‌گیری به روش سرشماری انجام شد. از پرسشنامه ارزشیابی نرم‌افزار مبتنی بر گوشی هوشمند فردمال استفاده شد. این مطالعه در چهار مرحله‌ نیازسنجی و تحلیل نیاز کاربران، طراحی و آماده‌سازی محتوای آموزشی بر اساس متون معتبر علمی و نظر اساتید مربوطه، طراحی برنامه کاربردی مبتنی بر گوشی هوشمند، اجرا و ارزشیابی برنامه کاربردی مبتنی بر گوشی هوشمند انجام شد. نیازسنجی در دو گروه شامل پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های ICU بیمارستان چمران با حجم نمونه 52 نفر و پنل خبرگان 10 نفر انجام شد. پس از استفاده از اپلیکیشن در طی دو هفته تا یک ماه، پرسشنامه ارزشیابی اپلیکیشن به صورت آنلاین توسط 52 پرستار تکمیل شد. برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری توصیفی جهت تعیین میانگین نمره اپلیکیشن، از نظر کاربرپذیری در ابعاد (صفحه‌نمایش، اصطلاحات و اطلاعات سیستم، یادگیری، قابلیت‌های سیستم، رضایت‌مندی، سهولت یادگیری و سهولت کاربردی) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نیازسنجی از دیدگاه پرستاران و خبرگان نشان داد پایش همودینامیک و مراقبت‌های مربوطه با میانگین 1/30 ± 3/79 بالاترین اولویت و پایین‌ترین اولویت مربوط به ثبت پرستاری در ICU جراحی قلب با میانگین 1/59 ± 2/80 بود. ارزشیابی برنامه مبتنی بر گوشی هوشمند مراقبت در بیماران جراحی قلب باز نشان داد سهولت کاربری و سهولت یادگیری بیشترین امتیاز را از نظر کاربران داشته است. تعداد، درصد امتیازات و نمره کل ارزشیابی به چهار دسته عالی، خوب، متوسط و ضعیف تقسیم شد که بر اساس نتایج جدول چهار، تعداد 38 نفر (88/5 درصد) نمره متوسط به بالا به برنامه طراحی شده دادند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج ارزشیابی اپلیکیشن نشان داد که طراحی اپلیکیشن آموزشی مراقبت بعد از جراحی قلب باز برای پرستاران بر اساس نیاز آموزشی آنها، می‌تواند سبب افزایش مهارت و ارائه مراقبت با کیفیت‌تر در پرستاران شود. اکثر پرستاران رضایتمندی از این نرم‌افزار موبایلی را خوب به بالا گزارش نمودند. بنابراین با توجه به نتایج، استفاده از اپلیکیشن‌ها برای پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه پیشنهاد می‌شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background & aim: The use of applications for the purposes of medical care education has been of interest in recent years. However, there is no effective application for training personnel in the area of open heart post-operative care. Therefore, the present study was conducted in order to design and evaluate an educational application for open heart post-operative care for nurses working in the Intensive Care Units (ICUs) of Isfahan Medical Sciences Hospital. Methods: This research was an applied research and technology development study conducted in 2024. The research population consisted of all nurses working in the ICUs of hospitals affiliated to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences who met the inclusion criteria. Sampling was performed using the census method. The smartphone-based application evaluation questionnaire, developed by Faradmal, was used. This study was conducted in four stages: assessment and analysis of user needs, design and preparation of educational content based on validated scientific texts and opinions of relevant professors, design of a smartphone-based application, implementation and evaluation of the application. The needs assessment was conducted in two groups, including nurses working in the ICUs of Chamran Hospital, with a sample size of 30 subjects and an expert panel of 10 individuals. After using the application for two weeks to one month, the application evaluation questionnaire was completed online by 52 nurses.  For data analysis, descriptive statistical methods were used to determine the mean score of the application in terms of usability in the dimensions of screen, terms and system information, learning, system capabilities, satisfaction, ease of learning, and ease of use. Results: The results of the needs assessment from the perspective of nurses and experts showed that hemodynamic monitoring and related care with a mean of 3.79 ± 1.30 was the highest priority, while the lowest priority with a mean of 2.80 ± 1.59 belonged to nursing registration in cardiac surgery ICU. The assessment of the smartphone-based care program for open heart surgery patients showed that ease of use and ease of learning were the most highly rated by users. The number, percentage, and total score of the ratings were divided into four categories of excellent, good, average, and poor. Conclusion: The results of the application evaluation indicated that developing an educational application for open heart postoperative care for nurses based on their educational needs can improve the skills of nurses and provide better quality care. Most nurses reported being satisfied with the mobile application.
