fa سندرم مراقبت ویژه در خانواده: یک مطالعه مروری روایتی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بسیاری از اعضای خانواده بیماران</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ICU</span></span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در طول بستری بیمار در بخش مراقبتهای ویژه، در معرض خطر مجموعه‌ای از واکنش‌های روان‌شناختی منفی قرار می‌گیرند. این مطالعه باهدف مروری بر مجموعه علائم و چالش‌های این خانواده&shy;ها و راهکارهای مراقبت از خانواده بیماران </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ICU</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> انجام‌شده است.</span></span><br> <strong>روش کار</strong>: <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">این مطالعه از نوع مروری بوده و به روش مطالعه کتابخانه&shy;ای و جستجوی مقالات مرتبط در پایگاه‌های علمی</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">Google Scholar, Science Direct, Scopus, PubMed, SID, Magiran, Iran Medex </span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&nbsp;انجام شد. کلیه مقالات تمام متن به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی در بازه زمانی 2002-2019 و 1385-1398 بررسی شدند</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> که در پایان مراحل غربالگری، ۲۷ مقاله مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اعضای خانواده بیماران بدحال بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه، </span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اغلب در پاسخ به شرایطی که خارج از کنترل آن</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">هاست،</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مجموعه‌ای از واکنش‌های روان‌شناختی نامطلوب را که همگی تحت عنوان سندرم مراقبت ویژه در خانواده نامیده می&shy;شود، تجربه می&shy;کنند. مهم‌ترین و مؤثرترین راهکار کاهش عوارض این سندرم در خانواده بیماران، مراقبت خانواده محور و برقراری ارتباط مؤثر برشمرده شده است.</span></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پرستاران به‌عنوان اصلی&shy;ترین عضو تیم مراقبت در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه باید علاوه بر بیمار، نسبت به اعضای خانواده بیماران نیز احساس مسئولیت کنند و با تدابیر مراقبتی خانواده محور، به تطابق خانواده بیماران با بحران بستری بیمار در بخش مراقبت ویژه و پیشگیری یا کنترل علائم سندرم مراقبت ویژه در خانواده کمک کنند.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Background and aim:</strong> During hospitalization patients in the ICU, many family members are at risk for a mixture of negative psychological reactions. This study aimed to review the symptoms and challenges of these families and to give caring strategies for ICU family members.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This review study was done through a library literature review in the scientific data bases including Google Scholar, Science Direct, Scopus, PubMed, SID, Magiran, and Iran Medex. All articles in English and Persianpublished between 2002 and 2019 were studied. After screeing the articles according to the inclusion criteria, 27 articles were analyzed.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The family members of critically ill patients admitted to the ICU often experience a cluster of adverse psychological reactions in response to conditions that is out of their control. These experiences have been recognized as &ldquo;intensive care syndrome-family&rdquo;. Family-centered care and effective communication were mentioned as the most important and effective strategies to reduce the complications of this syndrome.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> As a key member of the health care team in the ICU, nurses &nbsp;not only are responsible for the patients, but are responsible for the family members.
