fa حسابرسی مراقبت های پرستاری مرتبط با نوزاد مادر مبتلا به دیابت عمومى General پژوهشي Research اهداف: مراقبت­های پرستاری از نوزاد مادر مبتلا به دیابت، یکی از عوامل کلیدی افزایش بقا این نوزادان است. در این زمینه پرستاران با چالش­های زیادی مواجهند. هدف این مطالعه "بررسی میزان مطابقت مراقبت­های پرستاری مرتبط با این نوزادان بستری در بخش­های نوزادان، مراقبت­های ویژه نوزادان، زایشگاه و اتاق عمل" بود. روش­ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی (از نوع حسابرسی) چهارصد مورد مراقبت پرستاری این نوزادان در سال 1393 مشاهده شد. جامعه پژوهش و نمونه­های پژوهش شامل کلیه مراقبت­های پرستاری مرتبط با این نوزادان بود که در اتاق عمل، زایشگاه، بخش­های نوزادان و مراقبت ویژه نوزادان در بیمارستان­های منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل در سه شیفت کاری صبح، عصر و شب توسط یک مشاهده گر جمع آوری شد. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها، سه فهرست وارسی مربوط به نحوه انجام مراقبت­های استاندارد این نوزادان بود که بر اساس مرور متون و استانداردها طراحی و روایی آن از طریق بررسی روایی محتوا وپایایی با محاسبه ضریب توافق میان مشاهده گرها انجام شد که این ضریب در زایشگاه 98/0ICC= و در سه بخش دیگر 95/0ICC= بود. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات، مشاهده وثبت گزینه­های فهرست­های وارسی بود. نمونه­گیری به روش نمونه­گیری از رویداد و زمانی طی چهار ماه انجام شد. داده­ها توسط آمار توصیفی و نرم افزار آماری SPSS16 بررسی شد. یافته­ها: میزان مطابقت مراقبت­های پرستاری با وضعیت مطلوب در بخش­های نوزادان و مراقبت ویژه نوزادان 1/85 درصد، زایشگاه 79 درصد و اتاق عمل 2/62 درصد بود. نتیجه­گیری: مراقبت­های پرستاری این نوزادان در اتاق عمل و زایشگاه با وضعیت مطلوب فاصله دارند، که می­تواند ناشی از عدم آشنایی پرستاران با استانداردهای مراقبتی و آموزش ناکافی آنان باشد. Aims: Nursing cares regarding Neonate of diabetic mother, is a key factor in increasing of chance of life of this neonates. In this field nurses have many challenges. The aim of this study was “to investigate nursing care conformity rate with existing standards, regarding neonate of diabetic mother in maternity, operation room, neonatal and neonatal intensive care”. Methods: In this descriptive study (Auditing), 400 nursing care regarding to neonate of diabetic mother were observed in 2014. Research society and research samples included nursing cares regards neonate of diabetic mother that were in operation room, maternity, neonatal and neonatal intensive care units at Babol university of medical sciences selected hospitals, research samples were collected by 1 observer in day, night and evening shifts. Data collected using 3 checklists included standard cares regarding to neonate of diabetic mother, which was developed according to reviewing literatures and existing standards. Content validity and inter rater coefficient reliability (ICC=0.95 in neonatal, NICU and operation room wards, in maternity ICC=0.98) were calculated for checklists. Data collection method was observation and recording items of checklists. Sampling was in two methods: Event sampling and time sampling which last 4 months. Data were considered by descriptive methods. Results: conformity rate of nursing cares regarding to neonate of diabetic mother in Neonatal and NICU wards of selected hospitals 85.1%, maternity 79% and operation room 62.6% were evaluated.
