fa بررسی کاربرد الگوی اعتقاد سلامتی در بیماران مبتلا به انفارکتوس میوکارد عمومى General پژوهشي Research چکیده مقدمه: انفارکتوس میوکارد شایع ترین بیماری کشورهای صنعتی است. تغییر سبک زندگی برای کاهش بیماری­های قلبی ضروری است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر بکارگیری مدل اعتقاد سلامتی بر اتخاذ رفتارهای بهداشتی بیماران مبتلا به انفارکتوس میوکارد انجام شد. روش ­ ها: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی 74 نمونه با روش مبتنی بر هدف در دو گروه آزمون و شاهد در کرمانشاه در سال 1390 انتخاب شدند . گروه آزمون آموزش الگوی اعتقاد سلامتی برای اتخاذ رفتارهای بهداشتی و گروه شاهد آموزش سنتی را دریافت کردند. داده ها با پرسشنامه دارای روایی و پایایی 81/0 = r و چک لیست جمع آوری و آنالیزآماری با نرم افزار SPSS18 و آزمون­های اماری توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. یافته ­ ها: میانگین سنی دو گروه برابر و اکثر نمونه­ها مذکر بودند.در دوگروه بین مفاهیم الگو در مرحله بعد از مداخله در تمامی اجزا بجز عملکرد تغذیه­ای تفاوت معنادار مشاهده شد (001/0= p ) . نتیجه ­ گیری: برای افزایش آگاهی و بهبود عملکرد فعالیتی بیماران مبتلا به انفارکتوس میوکارد استفاده از مدل اعتقادات بهداشتی پیشنهاد می­شود ولی آموزش با این مدل بر عملکرد تغذیه ای تاثیرمؤثری ندا شت . Aims: Myocardial Infarction is the most common disease in industrial countries. Changing lifestyle is necessary for decreasing heart diseases. This study had been done with the aim of assessing the effect of healthy belief model application on health behaviors of patients with Myocardial Infarction. Methods : In this quasi-experimental research, 74 samples had been chosen by purposeful sampling method they were in two experimental and control groups in Kermanshah in 2011 . Experimental group achieved education based on health belief model for health behaviors and control group achieved traditional education. The data were gathered by a questionnaire with reliability of r=0.81 and collection checklist and statistical analysis with SPSS-18 software and descriptive and inferential statistical tests. Results: The averages age of the two groups were the same and most of the samples were males. There was signification difference between model concepts in both groups in the stage after interference in all elements except nutritional function (p=0.001).
