fa تاثیر مصرف قرص خوراکی ویتامین ث بر خستگی مراقبت کنندگان بیماران همودیالیزی عمومى General پژوهشي Research اهداف: با توجه به رشد روز افزون بیماران همودیالیزی و همچنین لزوم مراقبت­های پیگیر و متوالی توسط اعضای خانواده، پژوهشگر بر آن شد تا با توجه به مطالعاتی که در زمینه تاثیر قرص خوراکی ویتامین ث بر خستگی انجام شده تاثیر این مکمل را در خستگی مراقبت کنندگان از بیماران تحت درمان با همودیالیز مورد بررسی قرار دهد. روش­ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی یک گروهی و از نوع قبل و بعد است که در سال 1390 انجام شد. 25 نفر مراقب بهداشتی مراجعه کننده به بخش همودیالیز بیمارستان منتخب در شهر تهران به صورت غیر تصادفی و مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. در ابتدا پرسشنامه Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory - 20 توسط نمونه های پ‍‍ژوهش قبل از مداخله تکمیل شد و پس از مصرف قرص خوراکی ویتامین ث به مدت یک ماه پرسشنامه خستگی توسط نمونه های پ‍‍ژوهش مجددا تکمیل شد. بعد از جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از روش­های آمار توصیفی و آزمون تی زوجی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS17 مورد سنجش و تحلیل قرار گرفت یافته ­ ها: از نمونه های مورد پژوهش 48% مرد، میانگین سنی 4/44 و 72% متاهل بودند. در ابعاد خستگی عمومی، خستگی جسمی، خستگی ذهنی و کاهش فعالیت، تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده شد p<; 0.05) ) ولی در بُعد کاهش انگیزه، تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه ­ گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده می توان پیشنهاد نمود که برای کاهش خستگی و در نتیجه ارتقای کیفیت مراقبت از بیماران همودیالیزی از قرص خوراکی ویتامین ث استفاده نمود. Aims: Due to increasing the number of Hemodialysis patients and also the necessity of consistent and continuous cares by family members to patients, we have been up to doing a test in order to find out the effects of oral Vitamin C on tiredness and exhaustion of hemodialysis patient caregivers according to researches that have been done on the effect of oral Vitamin C on fatigue. Methods: This research is a before-after one-group semi experimental study of a that has been done in 2012. The samples were 25 caregivers who have been coming to the selected hospital in Tehran and they had been chosen randomly and purposively. At first The Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory MFI-20 Questionnaire was completed by research samples before intervention and after a month of using oral Vitamin C the Questionnaire was completed once again. After collecting the data by descriptive statistics and paired t-test the data had been analyzed by SPSS 17 software. Results: The samples were 48% male with the age average of 44.4 and 72% married. In general exhaustion and fatigue, physical fatigue, mental fatigue and reduced activity dimensions significant difference (p<; 0.05) had been observed but there was no significant difference in the reduced motivation dimension. Conclusions: According to the results, using oral Vitamin C can be recommended for reducing the fatigue of caregivers and thereupon increasing the quality of care given to Hemodialysis patients.
