fa چگونه می توان تمایل پرستاران را برای استفاده از ساکشن به روش بسته بهبود بخشید؟ عمومى General پژوهشي Research چکیده اهداف: ساکشن تراشه، روشی برای تمیز کردن راه هوایی از ترشحات است و در بیمارانی که به دلیل کاهش سطح هوشیاری و ضعف عضلات تنفسی قادر به انجام سرفه و تخلیه ترشحات خود نیست، استفاده می­شود. دو نوع ساکشن وجود دارد: ساکشن باز و ساکشن بسته. این پژوهش با هدف «بهبود تمایل استفاده از ساکشن بسته در بخش مراقبت­های ویژه» انجام شد. روش­ها: این مطالعه به روش اقدام پژوهی انجام شد. نمونه­ی پژوهش شامل 60 پرستار بخش مراقبت ویژه بود که باروش نمونه­گیری در دسترس انجام شد. با روش تصادفی سی نفر انتخاب شدند. گردآوری اطلاعات با استفاده از مشاهده، مصاحبه و پرسش­نامه­ی استاندارد AACN انجام شد. مراحل کار عبارت بودند از: بیان دقیق مشکل، جمع­آوری اطلاعات، برنامه­ریزی و تعیین هدف، اجرا و ارزش­یابی. در این مطالعه، با استفاده از پرسش­نامه و مصاحبه، مشکلات مربوط به ساکشن بسته، اولویت بندی شد و راه حل­ها با روش بارش مغزی خاموش،با مشارکت پرسنل پرستاری دریافت و امتیاز داده شد و راه حل­هایمقرون به صرفه اجرا شد. یافته­ها: میزان فراوانی ترجیح استفاده از ساکشن بسته قبل از انجام مطالعه 5/10 درصد و بعد از آن 7/66 درصد بوده است و همچنین میزان فراوانی استفاده از ساکشن باز با توجه به متصل بودن ساکشن بسته به بیمار قبل از مداخله60 درصد و بعد از مداخله 1/57 درصد بوده است. میانگین کل نمره­ی ساکشن قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنی­­داری نداشت. ( 05/0 p> ) نتیجه­گیری: روش تحقیق اقدام پژوهی، روش مناسبی برای تغییر و بهبود عملکرد پرستاری است؛ چرا که در این روش، با استفاده از نظرات خود پرسنل و شرکت دادن آن­ها در پژوهش می­توان تغییرات را سریع­تر به وجود آورد و تصمیمات گرفته شده از پایداری و مقبولیت بیشتری در بین پرسنل برخوردار خواهد بود Goals: Tracheal suction is a method to clean the airway from discharge. This method is used for patients with reduced level of consciousness and respiratory muscle weakness who are not able to cough and discharge their secretions. There exist two suction systems: open suction system [OSS) and closed suction system [CSS). This study aims to improve application of closed suction in intensive care unit. Methods: This study is an action research. 60 ICU nurses were selected through convenience sampling, 30 of whom were chosen by random sampling. The required data was gathered by the help of observation, interviews and the standard American Association of C ritical Care Nurses [AACN) questionnaires. The following steps were exactly taken in the present study: precise statement of the problem, gathering information, planning and goal setting, implementation, and evaluation. In the present study, using the questionnaire and interview, problems associated with closed suction were prioritized and solutions were found out through silent brain storming and participation of nursing staff. Affordable solutions were eventually taken. Results: The prevalence of preference for using closed suction before the study was 10.5% and 66.7% afterwards. The frequency of using the open suction method, according to the connectedness of closed suction to patients, was 60% before the intervention and 57.1% after that. No significant difference was observed between the mean score of suction before and after the intervention [p>0.05). Conclusion: Action research is a suitable way to change and improve nurses’ performance, since in this method, taking the advantage of the staff’s comments and involving them in the study makes it plausible to bring about changes faster.
