fa بررسی میزان آگاهی و عملکرد کارکنان فوریت های پزشکی 115 شمال استان خوزستان درباره ی تریاژ پیش بیمارستانی عمومى General پژوهشي Research مقدمه : یکی از مهم­ترین مفاهیم مدیریتی و تصمیم­گیری در اورژانس، تریاژ است. تریاژ باعث می­شود که بیشترین بهره به بیشترین تعداد بیمار برسد. این پژوهش ،با هدف تعیین میزان آگاهی و عملکرد کارکنان فوریت­های پزشکی درباره­ی تریاژ پیش­بیمارستانی انجام شد . روش: این پژوهش به صورت توصیفی در بین 144 نفر از کارکنان فوریت­های پزشکی شمال خوزستان، که به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده بودند، انجام و داده­ها با استفاده از پرسش­نامه­ی پژوهشگر ساخته، متشکل از پنج پرسش جمعیت شناختی، پانزده پرسش آگاهی تریاژ و نوز ده پرسش عملکرد تریاژ جمع آوری شد که پایایی آن از روش آزمون مجدد بررسی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون به دست آمد . سپس ا طلاعات با استفاده از آزمون تی تست مستقل، آنالیز واریانس و همبستگی پیرسون و توسط نرم افزار SPSS18 تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته­ها: میانگین سنی واحدهای پژوهش 9/3 ± 32/31 و میانگین سابقه­ی آن­ها 68/2 ± 20/4 به دست آمد. همچنین میزان میانگین آگاهی آن­ها از تریاژ در حد ضعیف (5/2 ± 69/5از نمره کل 15) و همچنین نتایج بخش عملکرد نیز حاکی از یک عملکرد ضعیف (2/3 ± 78/5از نمره کل 19) بود. نتیجه­گیری: عدم آگاهی و همچنین عملکرد ضعیف کارکنان فوریت­های پزشکی در زمینه­ی تریاژ پیش­بیمارستانی، می­تواند ناشی از نبود دستورالعمل واحد ملی در فوریت­های پزشکی کشور باشد که توصیه میشود مسئولین در صدد رفع این مشکل باشند . Abstract Introduction : Triage is one of the most important managerial and decision-making concepts in emergency. Triage brings the most benefit to the greatest number of patients. In this regard, the present study was conducted to determine the level of knowledge and performance of medical emergency staff on pre-hospital triage. Methods : This descriptive study was carried out on 144 subjects of medical emergency staff of North Khuzestan selected through simple random sampling data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire, including five demographic questions, fifteen questions on triage knowledge, and nineteen questions on triage performance, the reliability of which was evaluated by re-test and Pearson correlation coefficient. Data were then analyzed by independent t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis using SPSS18 statistical software. Results : The mean age of subjects and the years of experience was 31.32 ± 3.9 and 4.20 ± 2.68 years respectively. The mean triage knowledge score (5.69 ± 2.5 out of a total score of 15), as well as triage performance (5.78 ± 3.2 out of a total score of 19) were found to be in a poor level.
