fa زندگی با ماشین همویالیز: یک مطالعه‌ی پدیدارشناسی عمومى General پژوهشي Research اهداف : درک بهتر از معنی و مفهوم زندگی بیماران همودیالیزی می­تواند منجر به درک نیازها و شیوه­ی مراقبت از آن­ها شود. از این رو این مطالعه به منظور توصیف تجرب یات زنده بیماران همودیالیزی از زندگی با ماشین همودیالیز است انجام شد. روش­ها : در این مطالعه، یکی از روش­های تحقیق کیفی تحت عنوان پدیدارشناسی توصیفی با رویکرد کلایزی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. روش جمع­آوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه­ی نیمه­سازمان­ یافته با ده بیمار همودیالیزی از بیمارستان آموزشی اکباتانِ شهر همدان و بیمارستان شهدای یافت­آباد شهر تهران بود. مصاحبه­ها حول محورِ تجربه­ی بیماران از زندگی با ماشین همودیالیز در سال 1389 انجام شد. یافته­ها: از مجموع یافته‌های این مطالعه، چهار درون مایع که بیان­گر ساختار تجارب زندگی بیماران با ماشین همودیالیز است، استخراج شده که به شرح زیر بود: همودیالیز به عنوان جزءِ انکار ناپذیر زندگی، تنش­های زندگی دیالیزی، نیاز به حمایت و سازگاری مؤثر. نتیجه­گیری : وجه مهم زندگی این بیماران، حرکت تدریجی از محدودیت­ها تا سازگاری مؤثر در برابر این روندِ غیر قابل اجتناب زندگی این بیماران با همه پیامدهایش بود. به­کارگیری منابع حمایتی به کار گرفته در بیماران برای سازگاری، میان بیماران متفاوت بود. این یافته­ها، دید جدیدی به پرستاران برای درک واقعی­تر این بیماران و مشکلات واقعیشان خواهد داد. Aims: Better understanding of the meaning of life in hemodialysis patients can lead to understanding the needs and style of their care.Therfore the purpose of this study was to describe the life experiences of patients from living hemodialysis unit. Methods: In this study, one of the qualitative research methods as descriptive phenomenology approach Collaizzi was used. The data were gathered through a semi-structured interview with 10 hemodialysis patients of Ekbatan University Hospital of Hamadan and Shohadaye Yaft Abad Hospital of Tehran. The Interviews was performed about the experiences of patients about the living with hemodialysis Unit in 2010. Results : Four themes has been driven from the obtained results of this study which describe the structures of life experience of the hemodialysis patients with hemodialysis unit as fallow: hemodialysis as a irrefutable component of life, tensions of dialysis life, need to support and effective adaptation. Conclusion : The important life aspect of these patients was gradually moving from limitations toward the effective adoption against the inevitable process with all of its outcomes. Applying of the supportive sources in the patients for adaptability was different among the patients.
