fa عوامل مؤثر بر میزان و چگونگیِ انجام مراقبت‌های دهانی در بخش‌های مراقبت‌های ویژه عمومى General پژوهشي Research مقدمه: حفظ بهداشت دهان یکی از وظایف اصلی پرستاران بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه است. این مطالعه با هدف "بررسی روش‌های انجام، میزان تثبیت و عوامل مؤثر بر مراقبت‌های دهانی در بخش‌های مراقبت‌های ویژه‌" انجام شد. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی، به روشِ سرشماری، تمام پرستارانِ بخش‌های مراقبت‌های ویژه‌ی بیمارستان‌های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و 131 نفر پاسخ دادند. از پرسش‌نامه‌های مراقبت‌های دهانی، عوامل زمینه‌ای و چک‌لیستِ بررسی گزارش‌های پرستاری، برای جمع‌آوری داده ها استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمارهای توصیفی و تحلیلی و نرم افزار PASW 18 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: دهان‌شویه، بیش‌ترین روش استفاده‌شده (4/82 درصد) و بیش‌ترین محلول استفاده‌شده، کلرهگزیدین (2/43 درصد) بود. ثبتِ مراقبت دهانی توسظ بیشترِ پرستاران انجام می‌شد، اما اطلاعات کافی در مورد نحوه‌ی مراقبت و پی‌آمدهای آن، در اختیار گذاشته نمی-شد. بین سابقه‌ی کاری در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه (05/0, p<; 332/0 r=)، اهمیت‌دهی به مراقبت‌های دهانی (001/0, p<; 349/0 r=) و کیفیت مراقبت دهانی ارتباط مستقیم وجود ‌داشت. سخت و ناخوشایند دانستن مراقبت دهانی ارتباط غیر مستقیم با مراقبت دهانی داشت (05/0 p<;). نتیجه‌گیری: نیاز به آموزش در زمینه‌ی اهمیت مراقبت‌های دهانی و روش‌های مبتنی بر مدارک وجود دارد. . Introduction: Oral hygiene is one of the main tasks of Intensive Care Unit’s Nurses. This study aimed to determine the affecting factors of oral cares interventions and its documentation in Kerman University of Medical Sciences intensive care units. Methods: In this cross sectional study, all the nurses of intensive care units of Kerman University of Medical1 Sciences hospitals were surveyed and 131 responded. Oral cares questionnaires, underlying factors and nursing reports assessment check list were used to collect the data. Data were analyzed using descriptive and analytic statistics and PASW 18 software. Results: Oral rinse was the most frequent method (82.4%) and the most used solution was chlorhexidine (43.2%). Documentation of oral care was done by most of the nurses but the information about used methods and outcomes were not provided. There was a direct relation between intensive care work experience )r=0.332 p<; 0.05( and priority of the oral care (rho=0.349, p<; 0.001) with oral care quality. Viewing oral care as a difficult and unpleasant task had an indirect relation with oral care (p<; 0.05).
