The Journal of Critical Care Nursing, a quarterly peer-reviewed journal, is the premier source for evidence-based critical care practice. The JCCN aimed to promote quality of care of critically ill patients by specialist nurses and their professional colleagues; to provide an international and interdisciplinary forum for the publication, dissemination, and exchange of research findings, experience and ideas; the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and creative thinking essential to good critical care nursing practice.
The Journal of Critical Care Nursing publishes clinical studies, basic research studies, preliminary/short communications, case reports, reports on new apparatuses and techniques, clinical/basic science reviews, guest editorials, and letters to the editors. Papers promoting collaborative practice and research are encouraged. These data could be useful for all those working in the diverse specialties of critical care nursing including ICU, CCU, ICUOH, NICU, PICU, Dialysis, and trauma.
