fa بررسی تأثیر آموزش امداد و انتقال هوایی به روش سخنرانی بر سطوح یادگیری پرستاران عمومى General پژوهشي Research مقدمه: پرستاران به عنوان یکی از اعضای تیم پروازی باید با شرایط و نحوه‌ی صحیح انتقال بیماران آشنا باشند تا انتقالی ایمن صورت گیرد. آشنایی و آموزش پرستاران برای افزایش آگاهی، عملکرد و نگرش آنان سبب شد تا پژوهشی با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش امداد و انتقال هوایی به روش سخنرانی بر میزان دانش، فهم و کاربرد پرستاران انجام شود. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی نیمه‌تجربی، سی نفر از پرستاران شاغل در یکی از بیمارستان‌های منتخب تهران به روش نمونه‌گیری آسان در سال 1390 انتخاب شدند و آموزش در زمینه‌ی امداد و انتقال هوایی به روش سخنرانی انجام شد. پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق ساخته دارای سی سؤال، میزان تأثیر آموزش را در سه سطح دانش، فهم و کاربرد در حیطه شناختی قبل، بلافاصله و یک ماه بعد از آموزش بررسی نمود. روایی پرسش‌نامه با نظرات اعضای هیأت علمی و پایایی پرسش‌نامه با آزمون کودریچارسون 21 (72/0) تأیید شد. داده‌ها با نرم افزار SPSS17 و آزمون کای اسکوار و آنوای اندازه‌های تکراری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: میانگین (و انحراف معیار) نمرات در سطح دانش قبل و بعد از آموزش و چهار هفته بعد، به ترتیب (64/1±)17/4 ، (4/1±)67/7، (9/1±)27/7، در سطح فهم به ترتیب (2/1±)53/4، (9/1±)9/6، (5/1±)7/5 و در سطح کاربرد به ترتیب (4/1±)3/3، (6/1±)53/6، (6/1±)33/6، به‌دست آمد. نمرات مجموع سطوح به ترتیب قبل، (8/2±)03/12، بلافاصله بعد از آموزش (3/3±)1/21 و چهار هفته بعد، (01/4±)3/19 از مجموع سی نمره بود. اختلاف معنی‌داری در روند یادگیری در تمام سطوح مشاهده شد (001/0‌p<;). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان دهنده‌ی تأثیر آموزش بر سطوح یادگیری بود. بنابراین آموزش پرستاری امداد و انتقال هوایی به شیوه‌ی سخنرانی می‌تواند مفید باشد، اما پیش‌نهاد می شود روش‌های نوین آموزشی نیز به منظور آموزش مؤثرتر بررسی شود. Aims: As the members of the flight team, nurses should be familiar with the situation and proper transfer of patients, so that a safe transport can be arranged. Education and familiarization of nurses to enhance knowledge, performance, and attitude led us to conduct a research to investigate the effect of air transport and evacuation training using lecture method on nurses&apos; levels of knowledge, attitude and performance. Methods: In the present quasi-experimental study in 2011, 30 nurses working in one of the selected hospitals of Tehran were sampled using simple sampling and were trained in terms of air evacuation and transport using lecture method. The effect of education on knowledge, comprehension, and application levels in cognitive domain were evaluated before, immediately after, and one month following the training using a multiple choice researcher-designed questionnaire including thirty questions. The questionnaire validity was approved by the faculty members and the reliability by the Kuder-Richardson21 test (0.72). Data was analyzed by SPSS17 statistical software, chi square, and repeated-measures ANOVA test. Results: The mean (±standard deviation) score was respectively 4.17(±1.64), 7.67(±1.4), and 7.27(±1.9) before, immediately after, and 4 weeks following the training in terms of knowledge, 4.53(±1.2), 6.9(±1.9), and 5.7(±1.5) in terms of comprehension, and 3.3(±1.4), 6.53(±1.6), and 6.33(±1.6) in terms of application. The average total scores obtained was 12.03(±2.8), 21.1(±3.3), and 19.3(±4.01) before, immediately after, and 4 weeks following the education out of the total 30 scores. There was also a significant relationship in the learning process between all the three levels (p<; 0.001).
